The hotel was fairly clean and we had a well-equipped room.

Generally, the place was charming and had very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff with the service and friendliness of the room cleaning staff. The room I booked was very clean & newly remodeled and available with breakfast. The hotel's location was marvellous, just off downtown Nashville and/or Franklin as well as various restaurants, stores and highway.

The place was fairly clean and had a quiet atmosphere. Really enjoyed the way our evolution king room was. The breakfast was complimentary and included. The hotel was in a favourable location, close to downtown Nashville. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Smoothie King, ate there once or twice.

The room was well-equipped and reasonably large, complete with a whirlpool bathtub, the bedroom, a walk-in shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Franklin and was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect, close to the events I was attending and within walking distance of restaurants and a Starbucks. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The bar closed early, which was a disappointment.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated close to everything we wanted to visit in the Cool Springs area. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the overnight front desk attendant being particularly helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. our little getaway to Brentwood or Franklin was made even more enjoyable by our stay at this hotel.

One disappointing aspect was the quality of the breakfast. The food lacked seasoning and was cold, leaving much to be desired.

1) Our room was never cleaned. I had asked for our room to be cleaned when I knew that we would be out for 2 hours in the morning. It was never done. I even had to ask for clean towels and had to give the attendent who was in the hallway our trash. 2) I had asked for more coffe packets for our room and never received it until 45 minutes later. No one told me that there was coffee already brewed in the lobby area. Your manager on duty sighed alot and seemed flustered when we had asked for these requests. 3) hot tub near pool not working. Jets not coming on. My friend recently had back surgury and this would have helped him tremendously.

The breakfast is great with yogurt and waffles, for instance, had everything you could imagine. The room is well-equipped and a decent size with the jacuzzi, everything is perfect. The location is unbeatable and excellent, 4 miles from Journey Church.
