The hotel is fairly clean and located in a new building. It is really close to many local eateries and a convenient coffee shop. The updated evolution king room with the spa tub is lovely. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Great swimming pool and great and unbeatable location very close to several big shopping centers and entertainments and winery and downtown Franklin. Also, right behind a coffee shop which is conveninet. Quiet room with private bathroom and satellite television, climate control and a microwave oven.

The friendliness and good service of the waitress during our breakfast. I think her name is Ashley.

1) Our room was never cleaned. I had asked for our room to be cleaned when I knew that we would be out for 2 hours in the morning. It was never done. I even had to ask for clean towels and had to give the attendent who was in the hallway our trash. 2) I had asked for more coffe packets for our room and never received it until 45 minutes later. No one told me that there was coffee already brewed in the lobby area. Your manager on duty sighed alot and seemed flustered when we had asked for these requests. 3) hot tub near pool not working. Jets not coming on. My friend recently had back surgury and this would have helped him tremendously.

The room here was pretty clean and had all the gadgets we needed. 🧹

The room here had a nice whirlpool bathtub and a spacious bedroom with a walk-in shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Franklin and was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect, close to the events I was attending and within walking distance of restaurants and a Starbucks. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The bar closed early, which was a disappointment.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated close to everything we wanted to visit in the Cool Springs area. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the overnight front desk attendant being particularly helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. our little getaway to Brentwood or Franklin was made even more enjoyable by our stay at this hotel.

One disappointing aspect was the quality of the breakfast. The food lacked seasoning and was cold, leaving much to be desired.
